OptAxe Limited publishes these post-trade reports as operator of the OptAxe MTF under FCA Handbook MAR 11. All instruments traded on the venue are category 2 instruments. Each transaction is published no later than 18:00 London time on the second business day after the trade date, under the deferral the venue has determined in accordance with MAR 11.3 (MTF Rulebook, section 7). Pre-trade transparency does not apply to the venue's request-for-quote system and no waiver is relied on.
